Hello Families,
We’re closing out the semester strong in PE!
🎄 12 Days of Fitness
We are continuing our 12 Days of Fitness stations, designed to keep students active and excited about movement. Stations include bowling, rock climbing, obstacle courses, jump ropes, and more. These activities help build endurance, coordination, and confidence.
🤝 Sportsmanship & Behavior
This month, we are focusing on good sportsmanship. Students are practicing:
- Positive attitudes
- Active listening
- Respectful communication
These skills help create a safe and supportive environment for everyone.
👟 Reminders
- Please make sure students wear appropriate footwear for PE.
- Students are encouraged to bring a refillable water bottle as we learn about the importance of hydration.
📚 Standards We’re Targeting
K–2: Traveling safely in space, moving at different speeds
3–5: Using feedback, showing responsibility, and demonstrating positive peer interaction
🎯 Objectives
- Show good sportsmanship
- Give 100% effort
- Use strategies during games
- Take responsibility for actions and words
