Library News: Celebrating Gratitude

This season, our library has been buzzing with conversations about gratitude. Students have been reading inspiring stories and writing heartfelt reflections on what they are thankful for. Their projects will soon be displayed in the conference room—be sure to stop by and see their wonderful work!

On a personal note, I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to Mrs. Connie Fink-Hammack. She has graciously stepped in as a long-term substitute while I’ve been on leave caring for my mother. Her dedication and hard work have kept the library running smoothly, ensuring that students continue to have a welcoming space for learning and creativity.

So often, we forget to say “thank you” to those who make a difference behind the scenes. During this season of gratitude, I want to send a big shout-out to Mrs. Hammack and let her know how much I appreciate everything she has done for our school community.

Thank you, Mrs. Hammack—you are truly appreciated!

With Gratitude,

Ms. Porter
