November Updates from Coach
As we move through the school year, I will continue to emphasize the importance of good sportsmanship in all our physical education activities. I will model a positive attitude, demonstrate active listening, and encourage students to treat one another with respect and kindness; both on and off the field. These values help build a supportive and inclusive environment where every student can thrive.
A friendly reminder to parents and students: please ensure that students come to PE class wearing appropriate foot-wear of closed-toe athletic shoes that provide support and safety during movement. This helps prevent injuries and al-lows students to participate fully in all activities.
Additionally, I encourage students to bring a refillable water bottle to PE. We are learning about the importance of staying hydrated, and having water readily available helps reinforce healthy habits. Together, we can build a foundation of wellness while having lots of fun and staying active!
