Hello Dexter Families,

Over the next few weeks, students in Physical Education will focus on teamwork. This unit is designed to help students develop basic problem-solving and leadership skills while learning to take responsibility for both personal and group safety during physical activity.

Throughout this unit and the remainder of the school year, I will continue to emphasize good sportsmanship. Students will practice demonstrating a positive attitude, active listening, and respectful behavior toward peers and adults. These expectations will be modeled and reinforced daily during class activities.

Please remember that students must wear appropriate footwear for Physical Education to participate safely. Students are also encouraged to bring a refillable water bottle to class as we continue learning about the importance of hydration and building healthy habits.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me using the email listed below.
