  • Students who eat breakfast may report to the cafeteria at 8:00 am.
  • Students arriving before 8:00 a.m. may be sent home. Students are not supervised prior to the start of school nor after school dismissal time. Parents are responsible for seeking alternate arrangements for their children before and after school. The school will not be responsible for students’ care before or after school.
  • Students who do not eat breakfast will wait in an organized single line outside their classroom until 8:25 am.
  • Students arriving after 8:30a.m. will be considered tardy and must report to the office for a pass to class. Parents must escort students to the front office for sign-in when tardy. A late pass will be issued for the student to bring to his/her teacher.

Drop Off/Pick Up Procedures

  • The front of the school is for buses only.
  • Use the side car-rider loop next to Ingersol Street to drop off your child(ren).
  • This is a drop off only zone. Do not exit your vehicle if you are using the car-rider loop.
  • Pay attention to the teachers and the students performing crosswalk guard duty, and follow their commands.
  • Drive forward all the way to the end of car loading/unloading zone or to the car parked in front of you.
  • Make sure your children have their things prepared in advance for unloading. This will help us to speed up the process.
  • As soon as you are stopped and are in the LOADING/UNLOADING ZONE, quickly load/unload students.
  • Load/unload the students on the side of the vehicle closest to the curb.
  • Please wait for the vehicle in front of you to move and do not pass them on the right when you are pulling out after the drop-off.

Walk In

Park in the front visitor parking area when walking your child into the school. If visitor spaces are full, overflow parking is permitted in the staff lot on the side of the building. Do not leave children less than 12 years of age unattended in your vehicle.
